What is life, Just like a game, some people will lose, some people will gain. These are just a few lines, from a very famous poem on so called 'life'. Today being a mere competitor in the rat race seems to be the only objective of this never ending population. With the work load on the people being increased in a masochistic way, the stress and anxiety level found in humans is also increasing enigmatically.( This implies that work load is directly proportional to stress. Sorry for this mathematical expression, can't help it !!). More and more opportunities are being created in this modern era, which offer a flabbergasting package to attract the youngsters. (Provided he/she is ready to work, for more than normal hours a day). No time for family, no time for friends and most importantly no time for oneself.
Let's all perform one simple exercise today. Just sit for a while and ponder over the place and time where you had your last laugh with full vehemence ?? ( I am sure it's a tough task for many). Laughter is the best medicine. We all know the fact but astonishingly, we never include this habit in our daily chores. We often discard it and instead rely on medicines which in fact are making us more and more dependable. (Not applicable everywhere, sometimes medicine is just necessary). Children are a lot ahead as compared to the adults in this case. (Whether it's PJ or something else, they laugh frequently over their daily habiits. At least they are having a guffaw !!). Sure there are never ending tasks and inexplicable targets to acheive, but wasted is the day when we forget to laugh. Laughter as we 'must' all know has immense capabilities. It boosts the immune system of our body (by decreasing the stress hormones), plays an important role in protecting our heart, and surprisingly plays a significant role in decreasing the calory content in our body, etc. (lots more).
Remember life is not a bed of roses. Certainly there are many impediments which block our way, however the one who deals with them head on, instead of constantly bawling over them, earns the title of 'Muqaddar ka sikandar'.
Am i right or AM I RIGHT ??
