Four essentials for a healthy and stress free lifestyle

Well, I remember reading a line in the text book of class ten “A healthy individual is an asset to the society rather than a liability”. (I am sure you all are aware of this fact). If we make some interesting changes in our lifestyles, then probably no. of visits paid to our respective doctors will be minimized. We will progress a lot more in our lives and society will look upon us for inspiration. Here is the complete list:-
  •  Water- Water, as we all know comprise for around 60 percent of our body. But the astonishing fact which comes into picture is that, most of us still survive with barely one glass of water the whole day long, and i wonder how and more importantly why? We will order pizza and burger and a whole lot of junk food, but when it comes to drinking (especially in winters), the amount is negligible. H2O has the most amazing properties. It flushes out the toxins, helps in digestion, reduces the fatigue and certainly helps in weight loss (girls please pay a close attention !!).
  •   Exercise- Push-ups, Pull-ups, Jogging, Yoga, Meditaion, go for whichever form you want. In simple words sweat it out and see the results. Exercise can reduce the risk of a heart failure and keeps your blood pressure and cholesterol in control.
  •  Music- Whenever you fell somewhat like a recluse, do not worry, music is your partner in crime. Go for it and your mood will be transformed in matter of few minutes, and if you are going for the dual combo of KK and Emraan Hashmi then who knows, you might get a little bit of ‘kick’.
  •  Laughter- None of us have really achieved in this field so far. We long for more and more and are never really satisfied. The dissatisfaction shows on our face. Realizing the simple fact that nothing is permanent in this world and happiness lies in staying content with whatever u have is the key to unlock the door. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
I have only presented the approach but you can Google search to discover the science behind it. Well there are several other factors to be considered, but I will limit my discussion to these major factors only. Talking about myself, I personally follow points no. one and two and three but have to work a little bit towards point no. four. However the one who uses all these points with utmost sincerity and potential often is termed healthy and often creates a positive vibe around him/her-self.
